7 Power Clean 135 lbs.
TIME: 14:06 Did not feel great going into this wod, despite eating well the day b/f and sleeping 7 hours. However, I did stay up late and felt sluggish most of the a.m. Despite lower weight, this became more difficult quickly. Burpees a killer. Well written wod.
I had to do this wod in my garage. I hate working out by myself. My bars are broken so I had to keep messing with them so the weights wouldn’t fall off.
