WOD:

Max effort DU’s for 2 minutes

rest 3 min

Max effort burpees

rest 3 min

Max effort plank.  Every 5 seconds is a point

rest 5 min

Final event: 75/55 ground to overhead for 1 min for each athlete.  Every rep is a point!

    Held plank for 1:10
    G2Overhead: Started with C&J and moved to snatch half way through. I forget what I finished with but it was a gasser!!!

    I held plank for 2 min.
    I did 32 burpees in 2 min.
    I did 22 75 lb. ground to overheads in 1 min.
