Strength: Snatch 1RM
Barbell lunges 135/95
Bar facing burpees
6:30 a.m. wod today. This whole workout broke me: physically and mentally.
Snatch: 135 lbs. For needs work. Still donkey kicking a bit. Must start working on the squat/snatch.
WOD: BRUTAL. Started lunges w/95 lbs. Right hip not flexible. Could not get all the way down. After first round scaled back to 75 lbs. for lunges. Much better. Pull up’s were singled and then for last two rounds went in sets of 3’s. Burpees sucked altogether. TIME: 21 and and change. This wod really exposed three very, every difficult movements. Tomorrow is a new day.
Strength: 115 snatch. Tried 125 and couldnt get it.
Wod: 14:51 with 65 lbs. could only lunge on my good knee.
