WOD: “Eva” (45 minute time limit)

Did this at 6:30 a.m. Have not been in to a morning wod in a very long time. I like this time of day. However, SHIT! This was a tough, tough workout. Goal going in was to scale back the KB to 50 lbs to save myself for the pull up bar, something I continue to battle with. Running stayed smooth for first two rounds. PU’s were in sets of 3 for rd. 1 then sets of 2, then singles the last two rounds. Just tried to keep moving and staying on the bar.
Finished 4 rounds plus 400 m run. Was very proud of getting after another 400 with just at 2 min. left in the wod.
