Decided to run for the first time since starting Crossfit two years ago. While I’ve run since then, I can count on one hand how many times. Today, with the focus on just getting some light cardio in at a manageable pace, I set out in the a.m. and put in 2.25 miles at 23:04 for a 10:14 pace. Started out at 10:40 pace and felt fine cardio-wise, but picked it up in the middle of the run. Really wanted to put some time in for big workout Wed. Someone unfocused as I should have kept a slower overall pace, but glad I forced myself to get out on an off day from the gym and work on something I don’t like doing.

I worked and did nothing. I rested.
