Workout of the Day
135 lbs. Clean and Jerk, 30 reps
Felt pretty good. Took too many breaks in second 15 away from bar. Must stay at bar, grab a breath and get back on it. Overall, fairly pleased.
POST WOD: 100 DU’s, 2 x 400 m run
Felt good. However I only did 95 lbs. Although I got a good wod in the next time I do this I am increasing it to 115 lbs.
Post WOD: 1 round of 12 unbroken pullups, 100 DU’s, 800m run and an attempt at a muscle up.(failed)
