Well….not sure there are too many followers here, but in case you stumble upon our site, you will notice we took and unexpected hiatus to our training schedule. Craig came down with the chicken pox like a 6 year-old at age 40 and Mike is a blog illiterate. That being said, today starts our return to training and accountability.
We played it smart and stuck to a light load/high rep workout due to the heat and Craig’s return. No need to end up back in bed for ten more days. Brutal, it was.
