Strength: 3RM Hang Clean

Wod: 12 min AMRAP
5 Hang Cleans 70% of 3RM (bar must not touch the floor…10 burpee penalty…immediately)
10 Bar facing burpees
15 Superman (up for 2 count is a rep

  1. Disclaimer: Been fighting mild flu like symptoms: Achy all over, very little sleep last night.

    Hang Clean: 185 lbs. Need to work out jumping up not out.

    WOD: 4 Rounds plus 14: Went slow and felt broken down from the start. Just focused on getting a workout in w/good form.

  2. Hang clean: 125 lbs 3 Rd max. I could’ve put up 135 3 times but with my knee still unstable (I still can’t fully extend and can’t bend to even do a quad stretch) I decided not to chance it.

    WOD: 6 rounds plus 5 Utilizing 95 lbs for Hang cleans. Everything felt good and burpees were good but took the most work.
