We are calling an audible today.  Life got in the way a bit.  It was a taxing workout yesterday, so waking up for the 5:30 WOD did not seem like a great idea.  Family commitments tonight, so squeaking in a workout today would have to take place late at night.  Instead, we will work out Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and program accordingly.  We are both sticking to that schedule so we both train the same.  See you tomorrow.
