Timer stopped today….ARGH!!! I was at 4:45 when I was done with the set of 30. The last time I did this WOD was 3/7, and I finished at 7:19. All my DU were UB and I focused on maintaining a steady sit up pace so I would not have to stop. Sit ups definitely tougher for me. I’d like to think at the pace I was going with my rate of work that I could have finished sets of 20 and 10 in under 2:39 and PR’d, however I’ll have to wait for next time. I also used the new Rogue jump rope and hopped online and ordered it right away as my old rope shattered. Felt good and focused.
Due to my knee I did a modified Annie workout. Instead of Double unders I did 30,25,20,15,10 Burpees and Situps. 100 burpees. Shit. That was hard. I also realized that if Craig wasn’t watching me and counting I probably would have stopped mid burpee and rested. Was good to have that push. I refuse to let my knee stop my progress.
