“The Running Bear”

5 Rounds of Bear Complex (95, 65)
Run 800m

One round consists of one power clean, one front squat, one push press, one back squat, and another push press. You are not allowed to set the bar on the ground to rest between rounds. You must either “tap and go” or rest with the bar off the ground.

    Worked on my running which must improve. Wanted to run fast enough to make decent time yet smart enough to not be wasted coming back to the bar.

    Worked on getting right to the bar after the run and taking off on the run right after the bar. Check.

    The weight for the bar was pretty light. Last round was challenging simply due to getting my breath, not muscle fatigue.
